We trade as MY F.C. Football School Limited.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

All online payments are accepted through our ASB Merchant account. We do not store credit card details, and all payments are handled by a secure, PCI compliant, third party through Clubhub.

All charges are viewable during checkout and payment process.

REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for any sessions that you miss during the term for any reason, unless for serious injury (we require a doctors note).  If you are to miss a session(s) for whatever reason you must tell us in advance and then we can potentially organise you to come to another session during the week for a make-up.

We also reserve the right to change the time, day and location of the booked session if we feel it necessary. If this happens we will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept returns for any good or services.

DELIVERY 

On completion of the booking and payment process you will receive an email confirmation that your booking has been confirmed.

HOW TO REGISTER?

To book into a programme please select the programme you would like to register for in the Clubhub system. 

Placed are strictly limited and are only reserved once payment has been processed.

If you are not sure which programme to join please contact us. 

WET WEATHER POLICY

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for any sessions that you miss during the term due to inclement weather conditions. In the case of a cancellation attendees will be notified via email at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time. Please understand in severe circumstances we may need to make late decisions based on player safety.

MINIMUM NUMBERS

Although we make every effort to run all of the organised coaching sessions listed, we reserve the right to cancel programmes where the minimum registration threshold is not reached.

NEWSLETTERS, PHOTOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL MEDIA

Please be aware that if you have signed up for a coaching programme, you are granting us permission from time to time to (a) Use your details to send you MY F.C. Football School only newsletters, with relevant news and updates (b) take pictures of you during the coaching sessions that we may use on our social media and newsletter channels. No data will be passed over to a third party.
